Print Your Label
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label directly from the portal; a flat restocking fee may apply to return shipments.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear in the original Samuel Hubbard shoebox and secure it inside a sturdy outer shipping carton.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
